The SEC suspension of LAHO wasn't UNEXPECTED at all. In FACT the exact reverse is true. Warning letters had been sent from the SEC to the management of LAHO on more then one occasion. Those warning letters went unanswered. The risk of the SEC suspension has been lingering at LAHO for ages. It was LAHOs turn along with at last a hundred others recently. The SEC suspension writing has always been on the wall. SEEING IS BELIEVING. What merger? There hasnt been any merger at all.
