Scare tactics is a good way to force dialogue too. I've seen it with several notable twitter handles in the past. I suppose thats what makes their complete and utter radio silence so hard to parse.... IF, according to the most recent PR's, the company is doing gangbusters work with all these sales and partners, why the abject silent treatment towards everyone? At the end of the day, an audit, while sounding scary, it still just an analysis of a time window....why by so GD tight lipped about it if as they say, it's just a cursory requirement handcuffed to the completion of the ACOL/MDTR b/o. Why should it take the combined efforts of 2 different auditors almost 9 full months to parse the totality of that sale?
