All the information you need about the company, its management, etc are all in the IBOX with links! The IBOX is kept up to date almost daily. It is a very important part of working through all the BS, false and misleading statements that have NO links or PROOF of the claims. JMHO
Send an email to the Investors Relations Department. They first want to know who they are talking to, alias's not allowed just like the T/A and then maybe the information will be sent to you. There are people not so friendly about the new company so they are being pretty strict about who they just provide information to. Now you can just wait for the news announcement if you wish. JMHO
