There a pretty good chance the date of record for the LOFB distribution will be changed (if it even happens at all). The same thing happened with the FHBC spinoff and lots of shareholders got screwed out of shares. Very unlikely that FINRA will approve a cut off date of nearly 2 years ago.

Why do you keep blaming Buzzy when this is his business model? Buzzy is just doing what he does and the value is in the spin-offs. Let him do what he does best and then reap the rewards. I contend that all of you so-called disgruntled shareholders are just cutting off your nose to spite your face as it's likely that too many complaints slowed the process.

Now, it's either that or maybe you're really not so disgruntled as you make out to be. In fact, I think more likely you're just as excited as I am about this spinoff despite the fact that it's taken nearly two years! :-) Go Buzzy, go $LOFB!
