They don't say they own claims

They avoid saying claims to say "mining interests"

And when you read their filings, they confirms they pay money to Searchlight to lease them on a yearly basis and this gives them an "option" to acquire the rights to the claims

Once they stop paying, they have nothing left.

And official registers show that neither GNCC Capital nor any of its subsidiary are owners of any minimg claims (thediggings.com)

Searchlight is the rightful owner of those claims

Perhaps you don't understand what a claim is.
