Steve says 'active', Delaware says 'NO'

That IS weird... Page 1 of 'financials' state DELAWARE CORP and Page 2 states 'active status.' Not sure what THAT means, but Steve's record with truth and accuracy aren't good.

I think it's worth contacting Delaware to decipher this.
