Here are some opinions that really put a smile on my face.

- we are now hearing that being CEO of Apple at one time is no big deal. I mean, it's so simple and any idiot can be a CEO to a company like Apple. So don't put too much into the fact a former Apple CEO showed interest in our patents. Just look away.

- even though only 4% EVER accomplish an IPR sweep, we hear how simple it is to do and it really means nothing. No big deal.

- Miss Kipping crying in court and yelling at her lawyer somehow constitutes a win, LOL!!!

- There are HUGE TWISTS all around this play. I'm not sure if you guys knew, but back in FEB it was heard that Emil was bringing on Dr Gil as a consultant. A consultant guys. but wait, there's a huge twist coming. So he was brought in as a consultant and a couple months later, he came up with an offer. PCCCCKKKK, that's the sound of my mind being blown. In some mysterious way, this was somehow a HUGE twist.

If you read the responses VPLM has provided, they show how Apple contradicts themselves and even lie. It's so ridiculous. Our lawyer is mopping the floor with these Apple lawyers and will continue to do so.

The 150 million offer can be debated forever, but here's a FACT as I see it and can't be debated. DR GIL and his team would not want their name tied to a SCAM and would NEVER put any sort of offer for something they felt was worthless.

It's funny how anything negative, no matter what the source is believed immediately. Anything positive, no matter what the source is either no big deal or PROVE IT!!!! YAWN!!!
