Again this is incorrect, they have up to 6 months to do an RS so if they do it, it will be done within the next 6 months. It’s under ‘Rationale for the reverse split’:

“Nevertheless, the Joint Written Consent provides that the Reverse Split, if implemented, must be initiated within 180 days of the filing of the Definitive Information Statement, as amended, subject to approval of the Reverse Split by FINRA.”
