Vistagen needs a partnership or licence deal now. I don't want to mention the elephant in the room, but I am saving dry powder for a possible retrace. It would be nice to complete 10 consecutive closes above $1 to get that NASDAQ requirement out of the way. But then there is that elephant. So need a deal now.
