The filing deadline for 10k is 90 calendar days from end of fiscal year. If NT form is filed for 10k, they get an additional 15 calendar days past 90 days. After that, pinks get a stop sign, QB stocks usually get a yield sign. They can delay filing the 10k though a long long time. The 10k has to also be filed with SOS as well. In this case NV.
