Sorry, you have me mixed up with someone else. I have never had money in WMIH. As for the NOL's, I personally don't know if they have value or not. When I sat down with my lawyer months back I was told they didn't because they would have had to be acquired through the SISP. As an acquaintance pointed out recently, there is a possibility through information that is not yet public. Once it comes to light it could go either way. I myself don't fully understand the new rules surrounding NOL's after the clamp down, a lot has changed regarding their use.
