Throughout this entire process you still legally own your shares in the company (should you choose not to sell them). However, delisting is generally regarded as the first step toward potential Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Not sure why the link was even referenced as it is about companies being delisted from major exchanges and ending up on the pink sheets. erhc already sank to the pink sheets some time ago. Can't really go much further down except to zero.
