Everything rests on the issuance of the 8k. I certainly have a low opinion of what investors will think of the SP without one, and dont find it likely an 8k is issued today.

Whether $CDIX paid off the note due today is another story. They likely did. But trust for the company is so low that press releases are not going to cut it.
