100% Conclusive? Sorry Not until a P.R. comes out saying they got the money and detailing what they are going to do with it.

If it is certainty you need then you should have it as early as Monday and if you are looking to add back to your position you will have to pay more then. Nothing wrong with being skeptical with your investment dollars after all this time, but have you seen the tape the last few days?
