Nothing is certain until auction has begun. Even if one Qualified bid is given. They must have an auction. So we will see if they do auction on Monday. They also still need to have the hearing. Still aways to go in my mind. But if Alexion got the deal, not certain yet, then it’s done for shareholders. I’m still hoping they will announce something. Obviously auction next Monday, if not delayed, will expose all bids accordingly. Or not. Who knows. This is all up in the air, as they have said they could delay or extend this process out. I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case. These guys don’t care zero about shareholders. We are out of luck.
