Unfortunately the SEC has limited resources and many thousands of fraudsters to deal with. They are overwhelmed and the frausters know it, they run in packs. The DOJ, FBI and the individual states AG's need to step it up on the criminal end with these fraudsters and put them in prison where they belong. Some of the stories I have heard from victims of theses scammers are unbelievable.
