You see how most concerns that are voiced on here get addressed in some way, shape, or form via Twitter?
At the time the people who had been here for awhile and followed the play by play also knew he checked this site frequently. I know personally because when I called and talked to him he mentioned poster's on Ihub.
With that said it's not what he said but what be didn't say. He allowed folks to purchase shares based on outdated information.
In response to that claim he made a smart but remark:
09April2019
"Am I father confessor or the CEO, would you have get on twitter before I had dealt with the NDA situation and make an announcement." How would that go over. Why am I leading any one anywhere, I am being transparent and explaining what happened. So I respectfully disagree
The believes just said "that makes sense" and moved on

On the same day he replied to this post:

Very disappointed here Glenn. You said shareholders would be happy... and ya shit the bed...

By saying this: ( basically, it's not his fault we believed we would be happy)

My friend understand something I didn't shit any bed, you got in over your ski's and now you are looking for somebody to blame, believe it, it isn't me, firstly I didn't promise anything and secondly I took a far bigger hit then you, but it aint over till the fat lady sings

Just like the PR from today. He hinted that it would be some next level stuff but didn't highlight any next level figures.

Isn't it odd, despite the claim below, the settlement amounts were released long before $CMGO was a "reporting company" (August)?

$$$ CMGO I want to be clear, my hands are tied. Until CMGO is a reporting company, either SEC or OTC alternative the NDA prohibits the disclosure of any settlement terms.
