Note holders sued I guess they cannot convert notes and sell. the case is in the court.. left coast is big last filings shows that tmxn has 3 million liabilities.
my opinion they can pay off.. simple.. take over this reverse merge with EKO and make EKO a public company .. what do you think? have you talk to Eko or Cummings?
