I think that's extremely good news to the GSEs shareholders. Munchin mentioned 2 things. UST is working with FHFA to stop the NWS in Sep. Just not sure what he means by "additional measure to protect tax-payers". Would it be the Guarantee fee, which is already in place ? And, the Congress is given to move in 90 days or FHFA will start with the Administration actions. So, they want to kickoff the reform in 2019.
