I do think that had the fifth circuit not ruled in our favor big time - that different elements of the Plan would be the focus - like shrinking our lines of business and letting others compete

the court decision is likely #1 #2 #3 in the order of what is helping us - as indeed their backs are to the wall - NOW

anyone else have a reasonable explanation of why NOW things are good and not one month ago? or six months ago? or 18 months ago?
