Why is this the perfect scam? This is not a Wayne Anderson company and that is why you have seen NO dilution, NO fluff news daily and the filings are all up to date. A scam stock is one that continues to sell common stock into the street daily after putting out BS fluff PR's! I will bet the Share Structure comes back with NO shares added again for the 4th month. The only reason they had to put up 8.3 million since Sept 2018 was to pay off Wayne's BS debt he had on the books. SCAM, furthest from it. People hating Wayne and can't get the Wayne taste out of their mouth, absolutely! JMHO
