You are the person who stated Death Spiral PIPE's in context with PLNI shorts...not me. PLNI has never entered into any Death Spiral debenture. Can't you just admit that?

Par value isn't silly when trying to convince majority shareholders to conduct a hostile TO of a company. The comment refers to the reason for the 7.3 billion voting share onvertible preferred. Your BS insertion of $42M worth of PLNI stock is just more FUD peddaling.
