I know that ! Besides Laho submitted an 8k for current filing last July 29 or a month prior to suspension. Meaning SEC had received and acknowledged the filing. But the main reason was the wrong or incomplete address as stated. Purely a CLERICAL error!
I suppose this "it was just a clerical error" rationalization will persist on up to the day the suspension is lifted. It will be a Friday. Then another "lost weekend" until Monday. And the rationalization will continue into the first full week of trading after the suspension.
Interesting how the company officials in the first media release since the suspension didn't make any comment about the SEC mistakenly mailing notice of revocation to the wrong address.
