Really great to see someone echo what has been said on this board for over a year: no new investor will put up new capital in common stock if the old common shareholders get cheated. FINALLY someone gets it.
Also... really interesting observation about why a settlement in Collins may be first, best option... it is claimed that a legal settlement is non-reviewable by the Supreme Court, something I have not heard before.
