Then why can't we get a discharge certificate and lose the protection afforded by the ccaa?? PWC protecting thin air and taking more money from the secured creditors?? What you fail to realize; or read; is that liquidation is part of restructuring and BioAmber could've liquidated 99% their assets into bioamber biochemicals and no one would know in this "transparent process". But that sure would explain why the land registry and patents and trademarks haven't vested free and clear like they were supposed to ALMOST ONE YEAR AGO!
