Agree! High End was not under Paog umbrella (subsidiary of Paog) it was separate private LLC company with conflicting interest. Meaning that it was not clearly defined as to how profit proceeds from sale of High End products and Cannophen to be distributed between the two or three companies involved (High End Products, Paog and Rbii)?? I don't think Karl is innocent! I could be wrong. I sure hope these companies get throughout investigated and guilty get justly penalized/punished and Paog get breakthrough and successfully tackle opioid deadly epidemic and be upgraded to NYSE rather sooner than later.
