Transhare is supposedly "under new management" as of March 2019. HOWEVER, according to this PR their address was in the same building --allegedly in the suite immediately next door.

HOWEVER--- this filing with the Florida SOS reveals TRANSHARE was incorporated in 2017 by the SAME GUYS THE SEC IS PROSECUTING at the SAME ADDRESS AS ISLAND TRANSFER AND SPARTAN SECURITIES!!!

Apparently ISLAND installed a new front man, moved 3 miles away and likely took took all their clients with them. IMO Eddie just now got around to finding out about all this... called Island and was told not to worry.
