As the attorney said, Mnuchin and Calabria are on the clock -- either you settle (fairly soon) and move forward with the RnR, or you are done

The settlement and FHFA rule need to come out this fall if things are to move forward...

(If Calabria moves capital rule to May, this crowd and Calabria are done with any chance of resolving this -- and Calabria's moves will get reversed by a Dem FHFA Director...)
