Negative! Deregistering is not the same as revoking. SEC and LAHO agreed on Deregistering, while at the same time LAHO is working on registering with a form 10 as we speak. Once the financials that they have been working on are set and find a MM they will trade again.

Really? This is what the PR says and I quote;

The Company intends to now file a form 10 to reregister its common shares with the SEC and to locate a market maker to sponsor the Company in a 211 filing to reinstate trading of the Company’s shares.
