Is anyone else having problems with the streamer tool not working today?

My L-2 works fine, but the streamer page loads and is blank with no tickers, and has been all day. I have checked everything here, menus and so on.

Note, I am not a computer software novice, yes my computer is pluged in, LOL, , so far it looks like that tool has been down all day on Ihub?
