Not sure, there was going to be a pre-IPO fundraiser last year, but then they mysteriously abandoned that. I'm wondering if it was abandoned when they started having more serious merger discussions with Bithumb/BXA, after the Blockchain Industries deal fell though?? Don't know, just speculating.
I mean why would you do an IPO, and raise money sub-dollar, if there was any chance you could merge with Bithumb...?? Depending on how many shares were issued, Bithumb could potentially be worth $100 a share, I know it's valued at at least $700M, and realistically prob more.
