Because you have the likes of OTC flippers, some with deep pockets like Clay and other groups, who short or get in, and out taking quick profits. That’s why the OTC doesn’t make sense. This shouldn’t be trading where it is. You have to do what you have to do, but I have a very large position here, and I haven’t sold 1 share. Don’t let the market steal your shares. It will come back and if you feel like selling at that point then sell, but don’t sell based on an irrational short market trend. Just my opinion

This isn't a get-rich-quick scheme overnight. This is going to take time. We are at THE BOTTOM LEVEL here right now. All of the great news that we keep receiving time after time after time is a precursor to hyper growth. I know it SEEMS like we should be trading way higher. I agree - at least, I believe we should be trading around .04 or .05 right now.

But we're not. It's an undervalued evaluation given the share structure. The company needs to put all this news to use over the next year and get us to $30 to $60M run rates and then you'll see your beloved .10's. Be happy you can get shares this low. This is going to be in a veeerry different place a year from now.

As for "the price is low" or "major sell-offs"...ya dumba$$es that market sell massive 2 to 3 million or even 500,000 to 800,000 shares clear like 2 to 10 people's buy orders. Each one many ticks below the other. Then stop losses get hit, then people market sell some more out of fear that don't understand how stocks trade.

It's not a mass sell-off due to fundamentals, that's for DAMN sure.

It's very common to have a sell after news "buy the quiet sell the news" is a common phrase.

It's a good time to buy after a few days it will bounce back.
