$TOPS is a huge SCAM. Greek CEO's buy ships by ripping off US shareholders. Period.

Latest offering was $3.15 ($6.30 divided by two..1 share, 1 warrant) and it will plunge much much lower than that as Pistiolis keeps lowering the floorless warrants like always. Rinse, repeat. Over and over until NASDAQ/SEC gets a clue and finally delists it like NEWL,FREE etc.
