Idk and I swear there has to be a reason. I don’t think the Chinese shares makes a difference unless Jason thinks there’s a problem. Jason lawyers had to tell him their a possibility Chuguan could win. I don’t think they can but I’m not a lawyer.
Based on the filing there was no definitive date on the R/S. There was a line though that they had the right go ahead or cancel it at anytime. Something in those lines. Before an R/S can happen they must file an amendment through Nevada SOS. That's the first step.
