I know we all really do not care but I hate the way this board operates and thinks they are above correctness and only the rules apply to you and me. FERNANDO you need to play by the rules or be replaced now.
THEY ARE LATE WITH THE 10 K but the stock still trades !!! They missed their extension as they have in the past …………...
OTC should halt companies like this for not filing and then you will see how fast they put the news out...….and their SEC filings which they are hidding
The ceo FERNANDO really should tell us about all the great things he and JC are doing with their high powered board.... all in my view are less than great men.
