Actually, since fastbase and wikisoft are run by the same CEO and since wikisoft is literally moments if not a day or two away from declaring OTC current status it's reasonable to expect the same is likely going on with fastbase.
Clearly both of these companies are making money and they are most certainly aware of the SEC crackdown on delinquent filers without a doubt they're not going to risk any misfortune by delaying their filings any further I'm sure of it.
I just grabbed another lot of fastbase and will do so with wikisoft as well. Yes these are real companies with real income. The current price is a gift from heaven.
