Correction... 1 LOI that didn't lead to a merger... There is no definitive direction on current merger and those of us with DD believe that this second one is getting its T's crossed and I's dotted as we speak. The answer will drop. Could be hours, days, or weeks but the biggest question is how many shares will you be holding or just flipped when that news drops?
