Assuming (which is a big leap of faith to begin with) everything ends up exactly as you've stated, the bigger question for shareholders would be: who amongst you will have made a gain or at least broken even? Answer: POSSIBLY the ones who get in AFTER the last reverse split (whenever that will be). How many has the company done so far while you patiently wait?

Like I said, show me a Bal connected to Zimmer and I`ll show you a Zimmer that should have known all their material issues from a detailed report on those issues written by Bal. Might be important in the law suits.

There are 17 rare earth elements

While often confused with the Rare Earth Elements (REEs) and Minerals (REMs) (1), the Rare Metals and Metalloids (RMs) are different. RMs share some common features but they are seldom found together.

A Visit to the Only American Mine for Rare Earth Metals

Tungsten, tantalum and rare-earth elements (REEs) have started to emerge as “critical” global metals

The critical rare metals (RMs) and metalloids discussed in this section are niobium, tantalum, cobalt, indium, zirconium, gallium, and lithium

Because tantalum is a rare element, only making up 1–2 ppm of the Earth’s crust by weight

Where have you been the last few months???
Trabecular metal is about to be another short lived product. There are a few companies that have products coming out or allready out that have better results then TM. If you don't believe me just wait a few months. By the end of the year you will most likely see these products. 3D printing technology has come a long long way in a short time, and it's about to really mess that TM market up for you guys. Hope Zimmer is keeping you up to date on what to expect soon.

Hearing deal fell through with zimmer only willing to go as high as $96.7 million after backing out compensation for insiders. Amedica wanted an even $120 million.

heard the same thing, Zimmer not going over 100.

It is pretty obvious now that everyone is waiting for Amedica to be Delisted so they can be acquired for pennies
