The committee will complete their work by Dec. 31...so it could be at any time prior to that date. I hope the time spent was productive. (that is to the shareholders, I'm certain they will have paid themselves very well for the time spent.) Ironic, that there are no updates from this group and one of the issues being covered is corporate governance. Given the bid/ask spread, it is time for a stock split.
