Read my last post, Karl wouldn't give up anything unless he though he was in total control of the situation IMO. PAOG/RBII better come out with an explanation ASAP to address shareholders. It's my understanding that PAOG is going to be manufacturing Cannophen now, not HI END/Karl's company. karl has been working on a distribution deal that he is close to landing and doesn't want to share with shareholders. PAOG will be manufacturing CANNOPHEN that is unless karl owns the right to Cannophen. Its all in how the contract was written imo
