There is lies the rub! Who owns the name Cannophen?? Karl left because he has a huge outside deal he's working on and wants to keep it under the HI END private side and not share with shareholders. If its a Cannophen product deal we have a HUGE problem don't we. It all depends on how it was written who actually owns the Cannophen trade name.
