Interesting move for FLPC to FLPC.US. Whilst I am unsure about this one, they may simply dissolve FLPC and all its debts and change the company name with an 'amended' business model which is the same but different.
In this case...guessing though I am, it could be (Could), that any funding that was made available and accepted by FLPC has been 'put aside' for a 'New venture' to attract more investment for a remodelled "Restructured" Company.
So, I wonder why. Possibly to simply exonerate themselves from all the hassle and Debts of FLPC in favour of the new business. Perhaps they are starting a new 'Scam' all over again! Can't prove it but if this is the case, watch out that all current shares are carried forward to FLPC.US, if not, Shareholders could lose the lot?
