Of course based on IDE regulations - they will need a US Sponsor when they submit the IDE Application - if it is a biggun that is sponsoring, the question is will it have to be disclosed? Who else will need to make disclosures - then end effector supplier? the software provider? the 3D Endoscope manufacturer?
