It was much worse with her than I legally even wanted to tread in the video. She's a bad person but I didn't want to be accused of pulling a bait and switch by shareholders by not delivering Hulogix. In the end she did herself in. I want to clarify, that when I released the majority shareholder those were series A and B shares. Not common shares that he was putting in the market. It doesn't work that way. They're for voting power not trading. Though in theory the series A could be converted into common that has not happened nor will it.
Also that when I said "you can sell them to a third party..." or whatever, I simply meant he was free to do as he likes. I'm not a professional public speaker so it is what it is.
What it seems is that he decided to watch what she would do with the intent of perhaps re-approaching her to purchase them. Maybe if she was doing well he might ask a bit more for them, who knows?
Instead what he saw on twitter mortified him and he felt it couldn't continue any longer.
So here we are. I also failed to mention, as you pointed out, there is a silver lining in that it will not take me 3 months of digging through old docs, learning the history, getting filings done etc. I know the company, it's current. I do not believe it will take me very long at all to vend something new in that will bring value.
Furthermore, as some have noticed, I moved the company out of Nevada for an additional layer of security. I'm currently working on regaining control with the transfer agent and OTC will be next.
