The share reduction will just be an application to reduce the AS, as was clearly stated in CC..
They don't need all those AS as it was just to restructure the company when the toxic debt was paid off.

The RS is already approved. Read their 8K's. Now, whether they DO it is another question, but obviously it was approved for a reason. I think it expires end of this year.
