Agreed, they bought more time to sucker more investors into this ugly mess. The audit was all BS to keep people hanging on and buying right to the end. SEC was way too late suspending this pos.

I’m pretty sure by the time of the 8k about accounting, ss was maxed. There was no reason to keep shareholders buying. If they owned a massive amount of shares they are selling, wed see some form 4s or now you’re looking at a felony
