According to this the yearly is due 8/31/2020
wouldnt it show 8/31/2019 if it where not already submitted? Does it need to be reviewed before its posted etc?

First off hypochlorous acid has been around for many years. It's well documented it's ability to disinfect and wood cleaning.

The problem is it's very unstable and breaks down quickly to saline in 30 days.

The whole basis of the PCTL technology is the Annihilyzer. It produces hypochlorous acid on site with a coding system and tracks where that particular batch has been used. They own the patents when they bought Annihilyzer Inc. in Nov 2016.
