Why buy the shares when you can own the company through means of debt? He’s gaurenteed money if it collapses.
The real question is why is he legitimately dumping MILLIONS (and not 1mill or 3 mill....over $11million!!!!!) into a pink sheet non reporting company?
Because he knows he will make great money on it. The tire kicker, they desperately need retail to believe in them. To keep this going otherwise Diamantis will have a very very very hard time getting his millions back.
Also don’t be surprised....those people that know something at rennova are buying shares probably through a shell accounts. Also probably friends and family.
Like I said before, with a def14c filed, why is this much volume going on? Who is buying all these shares??? because we all know ihub isn’t even coming close.....
Has to be somebody as that was slowly and quietly accumulating since it hit no bid.
Side note: when stock goes into NO bid the oscillators become useless. Perfect chance for buying shares under the radar since the oscillators account for Movement in price and uptick/downtick action and the trading data from previous days....
If price is not moving but there’s volume @ nobid the oscillators most likely act in a reverse manner.
