Your correct, but if once a stock doesn't display quotations for 4 consecutive days, they automatically go into the gray market. that's why they have until tomorrow close to get quotations back up, otherwise they need a form 211 and dealer- broker to file it, which 99.9% never happens.

It don't matter my friend more or less one or two days. Fact is we are left in the dark after bean sold 4 bill shares and no one has any interest to update us what's going on...
