I seem to remember it's for 20% of Tzero. And at the time Pat claimed Tzero was worth $1.5B. If my math is correct 20M shares were authorized. But I don't think all were sold. Please share whatever you find.

I don't know what shorters will do but with Pat gone & the digital dividend coming they may just move on. I think if that is the case we will finally reach fair value.
